2. Description of Service

Minimal PDF provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to merging, compressing, splitting, and AI-powered chat functionality for PDF documents.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. File Processing and Privacy

We process your PDF files to provide our services. All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing. We do not store, access, or share your documents.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service operational, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to maintenance, updates, or temporary interruptions.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Minimal PDF and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Minimal PDF, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
